I was born in Taipei Taiwan (a city that doesn't sleep), that's why I love NYC, a very similar vibe and energy to my home town. I am passionate about growing wealth through real estate properties. I saw my mother do it with very little resources in Taipei Taiwan, and she was able to get us out of poverty. I also was able to be successful in real estate investment, and raise a family of 8 right here in Queens NYC. I have lived in Queens for over 33 years, with my 6 children 2 dogs, a blind turtle and 6 koi. I have made it a long-term goal to educate and facilitate young adults, minorities, and anyone with a dream to own their first home and subsequent investment properties by coming up with a tangible, concrete plan, and make incremental actions to achieve that dream. I regularly host talks/dinners with high schoolers, college students, young adults, and new families about being investor minded, and growing wealth through Real Estate.
